Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed with Bachir Lights, Beirut (bachirlights.com) ("we", "us") through this website, by WhatsApp, by phone or in our shop. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Who sells to you

The seller of all products is Bachir Lights. Our website and point of sale run on the AlgoSync platform provided by AlgoWisdom, which acts only as our technology provider and is not a party to your purchase.

2. Products and prices

• We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Small differences in colour or finish can come from screens and lighting.
• Prices are shown in US dollars and include the taxes we are required to charge unless stated otherwise. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you confirm.
• Stock is updated live but can run out between your order and our confirmation. If an item is unavailable or a price was clearly shown by mistake, we will contact you before sending anything; you may then change or cancel the order at no cost.
• Promotions and discount codes apply only during their stated period and conditions.

3. How an order is made

• Online: your order is a request to buy. You receive an order number on screen and, where you gave one, by email.
• WhatsApp: when you reply to one of our product messages with the order word we ask for, or otherwise ask to order, we treat it as a request to buy and may ask for your name, delivery address and phone number.
• The contract is made when we confirm your order (by message, email or call, or by sending it out). We may decline an order, for example if we cannot deliver to your address or cannot verify it.

4. Payment

Unless we agree another method with you, you pay in cash on delivery, in the currency stated on your order. Please have the exact amount ready where possible. Orders collected in our shop are paid at collection.

5. Delivery

Delivery areas, fees and times are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Ownership and risk pass to you when the order is handed to you or to the person you designate.

6. Cancellations, returns and faulty items

You can cancel free of charge before your order is handed to the courier. Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refunds policy, which does not reduce the rights you have under the Lebanese Consumer Protection Law (No. 659 of 2005) or other law that applies to you.

7. Your account

If you create an account, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else is using it. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

8. Liability

We are responsible for delivering products that match their description and are fit for their normal use. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (such as road closures, strikes or severe weather). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Personal data

We use your details to process and deliver your order as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Lebanese law. Please contact us first so we can try to solve any problem quickly. If we cannot agree, the competent courts of Lebanon have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer protection rights or remedies available to you.
